Request Account Deletion

We understand that you may want to delete your RapidSell account and all associated data. This page explains how to request account deletion and what data will be removed.

What Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

Account Information: Your email address, name, password, and profile settings
Product Data: All product items, photos, and listing information you've created
Marketplace Connections: All connected marketplace accounts and authentication tokens
Credit History: Your credit balance and transaction history
Usage Data: Your app usage patterns and preferences

⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

What Happens to Published Listings

Please note that listings already published to external marketplaces (such as OLX) will remain on those platforms. You will need to remove them directly from each marketplace. We do not have the ability to delete listings from external marketplaces after your account is deleted.

Data Retention Period

Once we process your deletion request:

Your account will be immediately deactivated
All personal data will be deleted within 30 days
Some anonymized analytics data may be retained for legal compliance purposes
Backup copies will be permanently deleted within 90 days

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your RapidSell account and all associated data, please send an email to:

Subject: RapidSell Account Deletion Request

In your email, please include:

The email address associated with your RapidSell account
Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account
Any additional information that can help us verify your identity

Request Account Deletion

Processing Time

We will process your account deletion request within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.

Alternative: Temporarily Deactivate

If you're not sure about permanently deleting your account, you can simply stop using the app. Your data will remain secure and you can return at any time. You can also delete individual listings and photos from within the app without deleting your entire account.
