3. AI Processing
When you submit photos for analysis, they are processed by AI services to:
- Recognize products in your photos
- Generate listing titles and descriptions
- Suggest pricing based on market data
- Enhance product images
Photos sent for AI processing are used solely for processing your request and are not used to train AI models.
4. Data Storage and Security
- Your data is stored securely on cloud infrastructure.
- Product images are stored in secure cloud storage.
- Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
- Marketplace tokens are encrypted.
- All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption.
5. Data Retention
- Account data is retained as long as your account is active.
- Product photos and listings are retained until you delete them or your account.
- Analytics data is retained for up to 12 months.
- Crash reports are retained for up to 90 days.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your account and associated data
- Export your data
- Revoke device permissions at any time
