3. AI Processing

When you submit photos for analysis, they are processed by AI services to:

• Recognize products in your photos
• Generate listing titles and descriptions
• Suggest pricing based on market data
• Enhance product images

Photos sent for AI processing are used solely for processing your request and are not used to train AI models.

4. Data Storage and Security

• Your data is stored securely on cloud infrastructure.
• Product images are stored in secure cloud storage.
• Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
• Marketplace tokens are encrypted.
• All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption.

5. Data Retention

• Account data is retained as long as your account is active.
• Product photos and listings are retained until you delete them or your account.
• Analytics data is retained for up to 12 months.
• Crash reports are retained for up to 90 days.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data

• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your data
• Revoke device permissions at any time
